
The account management team is responsible for client retention, satisfaction and growth. This means that account management team members must be proactive, motivated, organised, responsible and able to work well in a fast-paced constantly changing environment.
The successful candidate should be someone who can provide the ultimate in client service, acting as the client’s day-to-day point of contact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Enhance customer experience for new and existing customers by managing relationships and expectations.
Analyse and optimize client accounts according to their objectives in order to provide the best return on investment.
Implement creative ways to improve our relationships with clients and grow client revenue by “up-selling” and promoting additional services.
Maintain, report and monitor revenue activities and take remedial action as appropriate.
Become an expert on the online advertising market.
Support the board and senior management team to achieve company business objectives.
Experience
KRA’s
Design pitch documentation, quotations, campaign reports and proposals. Photoshop and Power-point skills required.
Conduct client website assessments, assessing sales conversion efficiency, graphics, functionality, content relevance, quality score, user experience and user-journey. This may include producing reports and recommendations as well as conducting competitor analysis.
Working with clients to develop online strategies. Providing accurate client reports and engaging in client discussions ensuring good communication across all levels both internally and externally.
Promote the good name of the company and to highlight positive achievements. Benchmarking client satisfaction whilst maintaining excellence.
Demonstrate ways to overcome challenges and maintain a positive attitude. Strive for continuous improvement.
Support the companies’ sales effort by making appointments with potential clients.
Liaise with technical staff to assist the companies’ sales effort and communicate proposals to potential clients.
Some travel may be required to meet with clients in London and potentially Europe and US. Ongoing training and development programme to include advanced communication skills, management skills and online marketing courses to include subjects such as Google Adwords, analytics tools, social media, affiliate, online PR and news promotion strategies.Status Media Ltd.
